NRA NewsSafety Certification Don't forget that as from 1 January 2009 everybody shooting on an MoD range (which includes Bisley) must carry a shooter certification card for all classes of firearm they wish to shoot. All documentation has been sent out to Individual members as well as affiliated clubs, schools and associations, however we are aware that a lot of mail has not been delivered. If you haven't received your documents please follow the link below and you will be able to download everything you need.
